Actor and philanthropist Nana Patekar owns many properties but lives in a small 1-bedroom apartment, which he used to share with his mother.

Patekar bought a 27-acre farmhouse in Khadakwasla, near Pune. The farmhouse has seven rooms and a large hall.

Media reports say that Patekar grows wheat and paddy at his farmhouse in Pune and sells his crops throughout the state.

Nana Patekar also owns a house in Murud, a property on Law College Road in Pune, and a modern house in Goa.

Nana Patekar's car collection includes a BMW X6, an Audi Q5, and a Mahindra Jeep.
